You may modify or cancel your order within the first 12 hours after placement. Due to our commitment to quick processing, which starts right after the initial 12-hour window, we are unable to accept cancellations beyond this timeframe. This policy supports our effort to ensure timely delivery.

Shipping Methods

Orders are processed within 2 days following placement. We then select the most suitable delivery method for your address. It is not possible to choose a specific carrier at the time of ordering.

Free Standard Shipping

Our Free Standard Shipping is delivered within 7-12 days from the date of shipment, depending on your location.

Insured Priority Shipping

Insured Priority Shipping also arrives within 7-12 days from the date of shipment. This service includes insurance coverage for loss due to shipping issues, with replacements or refunds available if necessary. Delivery times may vary based on the destination.
